Most LAUNIL pieces are made to order. If your chosen piece is available in our studio, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. If it is not currently available, we will make it especially for you, which may take up to 7 business days before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on your destination and selected shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Subscribe to the LAUNIL newsletter and enjoy 10% off your first order. Your welcome discount code will be sent to the email address used to subscribe and can be applied at checkout.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional import duties. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination and, unless otherwise stated, are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable import duties and tariffs are covered by LAUNIL and there are no additional customs charges to pay upon delivery. Duties and taxes are also covered for orders shipped to Norway.

For other destinations outside the EU, we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information on applicable duties and taxes.

Yes. If your order is a gift, you can leave us a note with the message you would like to include for the recipient. We will add your personal message to the order, and no invoice or pricing information will be included in the package.

If you would like to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us at info@launilofficial.com within 24 hours of placing your order, quoting your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, as orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once your order is already being processed.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

European Union: 3–5 business days

United States, United Kingdom & Canada:  4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and do not include order preparation time.

Please note that, depending on the destination country, customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimates stated above.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier or customs delays.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information for the latest update. If you need further assistance, contact us at info@launilofficial.com with your order number, and we will be happy to look into the delivery for you.

Items must be sent back for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@launilofficial.com with your order number. We will email you a return shipping label together with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

You may exchange your item for a different size or colour, or choose a new style from our online collection.

Simply indicate your preference on the return form included with your order, or contact us at info@launilofficial.com. If you are not yet sure what you would like in exchange, you can make your selection after we receive your returned item.

There is no need to place a new order. Once your return has been received and approved, we will prepare your chosen exchange and send it to you. LAUNIL will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchange item to you.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and undamaged, with all original LAUNIL tags attached.

For returns made for a refund, the return shipping fee is €15 for EU customers and $25 for non-EU customers. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the original purchase price of the returned item/s.

If you choose an exchange, LAUNIL will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchange item to you.

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@launilofficial.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and including clear images of the garment so our team can assess the issue.

Once reviewed, our team will contact you with the appropriate next steps.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
