Personal data provided together with inquiries, as well as subsequent correspondence between you and the Controller’s representative, will be retained for as long as necessary to perform the specific task and to ensure the exercise of the Controller’s rights, but no longer than 2 years from the date of receipt of such data.
Important: When submitting an inquiry via a Facebook social media account, the personal data provided by you may be disclosed to the operators of this social network and to other persons with whom the operators of Facebook share personal data. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSES OF E-COMMERCE, CONCLUSION AND PERFORMANCE OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENTS THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE
For the purpose of concluding and performing a sale and purchase agreement through the Controller’s online store, the Controller processes the following personal data of customers:

information related to orders for goods placed through the online store (payment date, selected goods, prices, quantities, payment method, other payment information, discounts granted, bank account number);

Where an agreement is concluded with a legal entity, the first name, surname, position and basis of representation of the legal entity’s representative who concluded the agreement are processed.
The above-mentioned data is retained for 10 years from the date of expiry of the sale and purchase agreement.

DIRECT MARKETING
Each website visitor may subscribe to receive news about the Controller’s activities, new product offers, promotions, birthday offers, and other similar information (subscribe to the newsletter) by entering their email address in the newsletter subscription form available on the website:
The legal basis for processing the personal data of newsletter subscribers is the subscriber’s consent to receive newsletters.

Important: In cases where you exercise your rights by submitting a written request by post to the Controller’s registered office address, the request must be accompanied by a notarised copy of an identity document (passport or identity card).
