Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days

Occasionally, customs or carrier delays can occur — thank you for your patience and understanding.

Note for U.S. customers: Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, customs processing may take slightly longer. We monitor all shipments closely and will support you if any delays occur.

At the moment, we cover all customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped to the United States and Norway. For all other countries outside the European Union, local customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on your order and delivery country, these fees may be charged upon receipt. LAUNIL cannot accept liability for local charges or delays caused by customs procedures. If payment of these fees is refused and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be cancelled, shipping and customs-clearance costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
